Im a single mom with 6 kids. My schedule is hectic and overwhelming as a homemaker. As bad as i needed employment again, i could not imagine a job that would allow for at least 50% of my normal day to day mom schedule. I considered Uber for a long time before actually becoming an uber driver. Now...i dont know why i waited so long. I have earned income again! My kids can count on me for things they need, before my mom was the one! School clothes...supplies...are not a grandmothers mandatory responsibility. But until just recently they were for my mom. I feel better about myself and i can tell my kids are proud of me. The flexibility of uber is the key factor. I know i am not the only single mother....i know there r alot more who im sure need the flexible work hours more than i do. I pray this will always be an option for us!
