Until I started driving I was an employee for 44 years. In every case a company always puts the interest of the company , over the employee "1st". That is reality! Do the individuals that want to be employees think this will be different? Look, I get it. Even as an independant driver, I put "my" business first. I then determine everything "my" businees does. My success is based on "me". When you work as an employee the only control you have is what the "company" gives you. And you will make less, "GUARANTEED".
